Yes, on our Publications Page you will find one of the clinical trials that banked blood and bone marrow samples from multiple myeloma patients treated with Daratumumab or a placebo and analyzed the samples with mass cytometry (CyTOF). Here's the reference:
Janssen Pharma Clinical Trial: Adams et al. "High‐Parameter Mass Cytometry Evaluation of Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma Patients Treated with Daratumumab Demonstrates Immune Modulation as a Novel Mechanism of Action." Cytometry Part A, 2019
For each study or trial on our Publications Page the antibody panels used to analyze samples banked in Smart Tube products can be downloaded as a PDF and as an Excel spreadsheet by clicking the PDF icon or the green XLS icon that is to the right of the publication's title. An Excel spreadsheet which summarizes the antibodies used in all of the studies on our Publications page is also available on request.
Interesting note: the vast majority of publications on our Publications Page analyzed intracellular targets. Many analyzed phospho-epitopes (some in response to exogenous stimulation of the blood samples) as well as other targets including cell cycle proteins (Behbehani et al 2012 and 2015), cleaved PARP and a number of other interesting intracellular epitopes.
